Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be shipped. During sales and holidays allow up to an additional 48 hours for shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. For faster responses, please be certain to provide your phone number. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method.
U.S.
Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options. Economy 4-5 day UPS ground shipping is offered for free for all domestic orders inside the continental United States above $250 excluding the exceptions listed below due to large size and/or weight considerations:
- Go Karts, Chassis & Go Kart Stands
- Engines
- Bumpers
- Seating
- Ballast
- Tires
Kartzone has the right to choose which carrier to use for all Express shipping options. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the continental US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. Shipping costs and delivery times are given according to the destination and size of order. Alaska and Hawaii orders may have custom shipping charges and all shipping charges will be calculated based on the order. You may always call us for specific rate questions. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Kartzone is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
Free Shipping within the Continental U.S.
- Orders must be placed online to be eligible for free shipping
- Free shipping applies to continental US only and will be one via ground carrier
- Applicable to standard products only, heavy or oversize products, including tires are subject to additional fees
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
- Product & Shipping prices subject to change without notice
- Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern Time will ship same day (business day). Orders placed after 1 pm eastern time on Friday will ship the following business week.
Standard Shipping (All Standard Shipping via Ground Carrier)
In the unusual event that a shipping charge will not fit into one of our pricing tiers (i.e. remote destinations where shipping companies require extra surcharges, extreme oversized boxes, express shipping to remote destinations or oversized items) we will call, text or email you before shipping the order with a shipping quote. Please make sure you give us a DAYTIME phone number & email during check out so we can reach you if needed.
International
International customers may choose from a range of shipping options. International packages are estimated to take 7-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues.
Kartzone is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that the shipping fee does not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. In addition some parcels may be held for customs clearance, in which case you will be responsible for any fee associated with this. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
